Hard to find big European sizes 49 & 50 only!  These Kineses Pro GTX boots are Scarpa's sturdiest and most solid backpacking boots.  With all mountaineering boot manufacturers no long making any 3-season mountaineering boot models larger than a size 48, these are all we can offer customer's looking for 3-season mountaineering boots in larger sizes.  The sole is very solid and supportive, and can be used with flexible strap-on crampons for basic summer mountaineering climbs.  Great ankle support for kicking steps in the snow and plunge stepping. Lots of rocker for comfort on long alpine approaches.  A GORE-TEX® Performance Comfort waterproof/breathable lining helps keep feet dry.  Also great for use in showshoes.   Other features include a Vibram® outsole for maximum durability, a full rubber rand for added protection, a durable smoothout leather upper, and micro-pulley hardware for easy lacing.  Perfect for rugged use on and off the trail.  Use only with flexible strap-on crampons.
