The leather palms are already showing their toughness after a few mixed routes, and the midweight insulation lets me feel the holds without my fingers going numb. Wore them for three straight hours of ice and never had to stop to warm up.

Fingers stayed toasty through a full day of mixed routes, and the midweight build still let me tie knots and fiddle with gear without stripping them off. The palm held up against abrasive rock way better than my old pair.

The dexterity is what sold me—I could fiddle with ice screws and clip quickdraws without yanking my hands out. Warmth held up fine through a chilly morning, and the palms still look new after a season of rock scraping.
