The texture is thick and spoonable, not oily like other nut butters I've tried, and the natural sweetness from the whole food ingredients is just right. A couple of spoonfuls before a climb kept my energy up for hours without any sugar crash.

I spread this on a rice cake before a long hike and didn't feel that usual energy crash a couple hours later. The natural sweetness is just right, and it's dense enough that a little goes a long way. Three spoonfuls and I was set for miles.

The texture is thick and almost like a fancy nut butter, but it doesn't leave that heavy feeling in my stomach like some protein stuff does. I love that it's just real plants mashed together, so I don't feel gross snacking on it between climbs.
