The tin itself is worth keeping once the chalk runs out — I've got it on my desk holding picks and a couple of brushes. Chalk is dry and grippy without that gritty filler feel, and 230 g has lasted me most of a bouldering season.

Switched to this after my old loose chalk left white dust everywhere. It's pure magnesium, no fillers, and my hands stay dry through long bouldering sessions. The tin itself is sturdy enough that I just refill it and keep the graphics on my shelf.

The tin alone sold me, but the chalk inside is genuinely good—fine and grippy without feeling like it's coating my hands in paste. 230g is way more than I expected for the price, and the retro graphics on the lid make it too nice to toss in the gear bag.
